Coach Jeremy razor

Head Coach 9U

My coaching philosophy is simple: teach the fundamentals the right way first. Once the players have the proper technique, we focus on maximizing quality repetitions to build muscle memory. I believe repetition creates confidence, allowing players to react naturally in game situations instead of having to stop and think. My goal is to help every player develop not only their skills but also a strong work ethic, confidence, and a love for the game.

Whether on the baseball field, football field, or basketball court, I believe that hard work, teamwork, and respect are the foundation of success.Outside of coaching, I enjoy football, baseball, and basketball, as well as spending quality time with my family and friends. Above all, I value the time I get to spend with my children. Whether I’m coaching them, watching from the stands, or cheering on their teammates, I believe in being present and showing unwavering support.I am committed to making a positive impact on every athlete I coach and look forward to helping the Cincinnati Defenders build a culture of growth, dedication, and success both on and off the field.
